Fouzia advises on a broad range of matters and focuses on Business Immigration under Tier 1 as investors, Tier 1 and Entrepreneurs. She also deals with EU Residence applications, Sponsor Licences as well as business transfers. She deals with High Court Judicial Review proceedings, Appeals, Entry Clearance, Family Reunion, and Challenges to Removal/Deportation, Naturalization, Ancestry Visas and Ankara agreements.
Fouzia also is an experienced family solicitor dealing with a variety of matters such as divorce proceedings, judicial separation, cohabiting couples and matters concerning prenuptial /postnuptial agreements. She deals with section 8 applications under the Children Act 1989 including contact orders, residence orders and ancillary relief matters. She also advises and assists clients experiencing domestic violence as well as those seeking occupation orders and non-molestation orders.
Fouzia is fluent in Arabic and French and she is a member of the Middle East and North Africa desk with a particular aim of developing relations between the Middle East, North Africa and the UK using her network of existing contacts and her knowledge and experience of the region.
She is also able to advise on acquisitions and disposals of both residential and commercial properties. She also deal with Sharia compliant Islamic mortgages.
