- Underlease starting from £1100.00 plus VAT
- Subleases starting from £950.00 plus VAT
- Licence to Occupy starting from £650.00 plus VAT
- Agreement for Lease starting from £600.00 plus VAT
- Deed of Surrender starting from £650.00 plus VAT
- Tenancy at Will starting from £400.00 plus VAT
- Assignment of Lease fees starting from £1000.00 plus VAT
For other commercial matters not listed above, for a solicitor with at least 8 years’ experience, we limit our costs to a maximum of £300.00 plus VAT per hour down to a trainee solicitor charged at £125.00 plus VAT per hour.
